We don‘t have to engage in all of them. All we need to do is choose those activities that best suits us and start from there. Happiness is not something that we need to chase after. Our happiness is not in other people‘s approval, is not in having more money, is not in your looks or a brand new car. We only think that those things, people, situations will make us happy, but that may only happen for a short period of time.
So let‘s all start by practicing the activities that we think are best for us and let‘s all start living a happier life.
